In the last month your site has had 926 visitors which is more than double the figure for April  last year (385 visitors) which is quite good, you have some good search engine placements which im pleased at including a top 10 position in google for some of your key search terms.

Here are some future recommendations for your site

1, It may be a good idea to add some extra pages, photos and text to the site The cost is dependent on if you provide the text and as I don’t think you will want much work here we can do website update work for a hourly fee to achieve this.

2, PPC campaign – Perhaps you can have a Google PPC advert to increase the number of visitors to your site you can start this on a  small budget of £1 per day, will charge you only the Google PPC charge plus 10% for managing it.

3, Add a news section >> full details here WordPress News Sections An integrated blog will allow you to add as many pages as you want, you can add photos and video to your text.

[Website Owner] Yes, I am delighted with the SEO and my website the increase in business I am getting seems to be all down to your help and advice with the website at the moment we have over 12 confirmed bookings from it as you can imagine we are pleased about that.

I do need to add lots more photos to the website let me know I can go about this.  If I send you the photos perhaps you can quote me how much this is going to cost before you go ahead with the work.  I would also like to add a few more categories within the main headings.

Also going forward this year I would like to add to my wedding portfolio  to showcase roughly ten photos for each wedding.

If you give us a list of exactly what you want and include the photos and text then we can give you a quote on a hourly work basis, will try to divide the quote down to your different tasks so you can see what costs / takes the time. We have recently completed 3 other websites update projects and will be able to start yours within 2 days of us confirming your requirements. When you give us changes can I ask for the changes to be numbered this will ensure we get it exactly right and there are no mis-understandings.

When it comes to adding new pages, give the page type you want it to be like (like same as the new services pages) and tell us where you want it linked from.

Did you see my suggestions for your site and suggestion 3 (news section – blog) I think is a great addition and will enable you to add details of any events you doing and allows you to add text and images and edit those things. very good for your sites promotion.

Hosting fees are normal and standard for having a website and that is your fee for having your domain / website / email available on a computer 24/7. Have attached your correct invoice for the hosting fee for this year.

[Website Client] Ok I will check the photos I need you to add.  I am not sure how you got the page name? I think I will just go with the standard headings if OK with you.  Also didn’t know there was a charge to add photos, I thought this was something you did? But I do need to keep updating my work on the site. I did see the other suggestions, The Blog thing I do not undertstand at all.  I see it as a few more pages which I need to create? Website Update costs

There are certain updates that we can do for websites within the first few months of the site being live and as you know im quite flexible and if you just wanted one image swapped over I would do that for free but adding lots more photos correctly on your website currently is a time consuming job, we have to take the images, rename them, resize them, optimise them for your website page then create thumbnails of those images and add the code to include them in the page before uploading them. If you want more images that you currently have then we may need to change the page layout and site structure so you can see there is no way it can be done for free. Small text substitutions that are one-offs can be done for free also if they dont take too long and dont need ‘code’ changes.

WordPress News Section

If you had a blog you can add as many pics of your work as you want in addition to the galleries that you have on the site that we maintain.I choose names for webpage to enhance your site’s search engine standing, if used correctly they give your site a boost.

I wouldn’t recommend anything that wouldn’t benefit you and a news section isnt just a few more pages added to your site, its a way you can create as few or as many (1,000s) of pages showcasing your business giving real up-to the minute info and photos and information about you (you could describe it as an online business advertising platform). You will have total control of the news section and they are great for your site but leave the decision to you as it would obviously involve yourself adding posts as regular as you wanted and you may not be able to spare the time.

[Website Client] Thank you for sending me that information, I still do not know how to get the page information from what you have told me?  Where do I find this? I have just looked at the news section / blogs you had sent to me, I am still not sure what way to go.  I think there is not much happening in our company at the moment and maybe in six months time when I have completed the weddings and wedding fairs start, then this maybe the time to have a blog. I also do not think I will have the time to keep this updated etc. I think for the time being I shall send you photos and amendments and see how much this will cost me.  On another note I have a website I would like to be linked to me and visa versa.  How do I go about this?  Can you send me the original invoice when you first set up my Website, I need this for tax return purposes.  Many thanks and appreciate your advice, help and guidance.

[Website Designers] To get the page information simply cut and paste the address from your browser bar when you are on that page. Failing that simple state what the page is. (funeral page / gallery page). If you want your website to be linked to another then give me the website details and will link them for you and will give you the code to put on the other website also.
